Condition Monitoring

EMT Australia provides a world class condition monitoring service for high and low voltage rotating electrical motors to complement and enhance customers existing preventative maintenance strategies. EMT utilises a combination of on-line tests, off-line tests and visual inspections to assess and determine the condition of motors and generators. Testing and monitoring is usually carried out for assessing winding condition and remaining winding life, to assist in prioritising maintenance, for commissioning and warranty purposes or for determining the root cause of a failure.

Comprehensive reports are produced which present the results of the testing, the trending of the data over time and the results of visual inspections in a manner which allows for interpretation of the data to identify any existing or potential failure mechanisms.
